Welcome to Fire on Fire.

Our dogs share our daily lives north of the Arctic Circle, in a setting where untamed nature and Nordic traditions come together. True to their heritage as sled dogs, they navigate a world of beauty shows, middle-distance races, and a family life filled with close bonds.

For us, breeding Samoyeds means combining beauty, health, and authenticity, without ever losing sight of what matters most: the dogs’ happiness.

Our 2026 litter, sired by Totoro and Skadi, was born on July 17.

Every dog has a story—a unique companion and a member of our pack. Meet Thumbelina, Tinkerbell, Totoro, Skadi, and Thémis on their individual profiles.

Our “Fire on Fire” kennel name was born out of a desire to preserve the essence of the Samoyed: a working dog that is hardy and powerful, yet also affectionate, cheerful, and close to humans. Every litter is carefully planned with high standards in mind: health, temperament, beauty, and working ability are our top priorities.

Here in Norway, our Samoyeds fully embrace their role as Nordic dogs. Regular training, medium-distance races, and work programs for outdoor dogs: mushing is at the heart of our daily lives.

We also offer individuals the opportunity to entrust their dogs to us for one or more seasons, so that the dogs can earn their working certifications and develop their skills in an authentic Arctic environment.
